     That is strange. Because you have people that already have done it. Are you try with usb cable?

    What happen when you try?

    Do you already sent a datalog and email to support?

    For some special ECU, you need to do programming first, then do SCN coding. And also SCN data needs to be downloaded via online, but there is no SCN data in our server for some cars, so please upload us your datalog and send us your request to support@autel.com so that we can upload the right SCN data to our server.

    Hello Starniew, it is strange. We have sent your email early on Sep 9. For this vehicle - 221.156 S350 GASOLINE Vin: WDD2211562A068546, you reported on Sep 2, we have uploaded the SCN data on Sep 9 already . 

    Have you checked your email? And also we informed you via tool App. You can also go to Maxisys->Data Manager->Data logging to check our reply.

    I think I am having that issue. I programmed a w221 which went smooth but the scn
    coding part said not found on server. I sent a datalog. Is it just that the car needs to be
    setup in your servers and then it should automatically update?

    Also the car runs fine and shows that it picked up the new firmware

    It worked thank you! I just have one issue I was wondering you may be able to help ,e
    with for next time. When I was updating the firmware it took alittle over 2 hours for the
    old software to read. It seems like a long time for it to do that. Are there any settings
    that you can suggest that may speed that up for next time?
