How do I do a TS401 update?

     Actually 2 questions.  How do I update a TS401?  By using the TS401 and (?) can I change a TPMS placard to a different tire pressure?

    To update TS401, you need install MaxiLink on your PC. You can download it from the CD or from the following link: http://www.auteltech.com/u/cms/www/201504/01205228iezq.rar

    And then download the update pack from the following link.
    http://www.auteltech.com/autelcms/u/cms/www/201509/11045607nk34.rar
