     i have  MS905 MaxiSys Mini no  Bluetooth connection whit VCI it  say pair but the led stay off all the time   only USB connectivity   using vci firmwarev1.07.2   any fix for this??? that happened after mejor updates

      i did that and do not work ,  i think i have bad vci how can i get replacement?? i call support  too many times and they can fix.. here its the serial for the  VCI

      Hi, do you mean that VCI can work normally with Maxisys Mini via USB cable but when connecting via Bluetooth, it can pair and work but the light is off all the time? Can you please update the VCI firmware first to check the result? The firmware version seems a little old. Thanks!

    hi support thanks for answer, thats right only usb connection whit VCI i call support they connect remote to my tablet, they  request to send then back for replacement , its only one month old , i already send it today     lets see what happened
