how to program a bmw egs module

i started doing a full program update on a e60 m5 and not the egs module is not being recognized. the tranny no long shifts and the car wont start how do i fix this? -

I can see you are on the latest software V9.00............Can you send them the data log file for the full auto scan so they can have a look why the new software did not pick that module...................Now if you still have the old version of V8.20 can you try that and see if it does the trick.......and if its still the same than try programming as a single module and click as replaced module and see if that helps....................
