     I think while the vehicle is running the test will only  disable an injector (turn off) of your choosing and Enable means to return the control of the injector back to the PCM. The test is probably not for KOEO energizing of individual injectors

    Yes the test is for koer , the scaner disable inyectors and then return to normal operation, but nothing happened
