There is a post for the support with a serial number that is used by the fraud products sold in the past. May be you have such a fake product, which will explain the errors you see.
Hi, what is the product that you have? If it is MS509, then it has been discontinued already for long time. Maybe the one you have is a counterfeit. Please advise. Or you may send a picture of the device directly to support@autel.com. Thanks!
