Performed all new updates now Mercedes Benz not available under Diagnostics

Hi, did you download Benz software and it doesn't show in Diagnostics? If yes, please delete the software and download it again to check the result. Please let us know if there is still problem. Or you may write to support@autel.com for quick help. Thanks! -

we did download all car software have all but Mercedes Benz.. -

Hi, please go to ES File Explorer - Scan - Download and delete Benz folder. Then try again to download Benz software. Please write to support@autel.com if there is still problem. Thanks! -

The only Benz Folders I find is Benz Sprinter under the ES File Explorer. I have written to support@autel.com, we have also tried to call them as well and no response.We need this corrected immediately!!!! -

Hi, please try to delete Benz folder including Sprinter and download Benz software again.As we have checked, there is no mail from reinhardsbenz@msn.com. Did you send the mail to support@autel.us? Anyway, I have send you mail again and you can reply me if there is any problem. Thanks!
