my wont update.keep saying ' unfortunately,maxisys has stopped

This problem been there for few month. after turn on USB storage on Maxisys, wait a few minutes, then turn off USB storage, unplug the USB cable. now it working. now it have new message ; contract has expired please renew. autel dealer try to fix for few month before expired nothing work. I don't even know should the new updates when I don't know scan tool even work? should "autel dealer" refund the money for few month without scan tool?
