there are two sections the one in the central control one in the instruments for SRI reset which one is causing problems..

 Hi, please go to Service - Delivery Inspection and set Channel 2, 40, 41, 53 and 55 to value 0. Thanks!

 Can you not set that 0 value to those Channels 2,40,41,53, and 55 to Automatic reset by just clicking Rest Service.................? Because if some body doesn't know the correct channels to change the 0 value than I am sure they will end up damaging the Instrument Cluster....................So, if you ask your Engineers to set those channels in the software so it can reset automatic it self...................

If you look on Ross-Tech web site how the service reset is done using Vag-Com you will get an idea...................

1) Login to Instrument
2) Adaptation
3) From the Drop Bar you Select ESI Reset
4) Enter 0 Value...............Enter..................Job Done

You don't need to select any channels...............
