I cant get my AL619 to connect to my computer

    where can I find a driver download, or how do I get the computer to see the scanner.

    Im running Win7. without the communication I cant upgrade any software to my scanner.

     Hi, the USB function on AL619 has been blocked on purpose. So get the new software, we need to load the TF/SD card to computer via card reader.
