Since sometime ago I noticed that the signs ofMercedec& GM disappeared from tool,Pls give me advise?

     dear Sir
    unfortunately  when you send me my  Update I was in Germany because of the Ebola Epedeni

    in Sierra Leone.I came back recently and tried  to Update my tool,it was not functioning,what  should
    I do?

     Hi, please make sure that the Mercedec & GM software were deleted, then try to re-load both of them to have a try.
