MaxiDAS DS708 Unable to Relearn Transfer Case Motor - 2007 Tahoe / Yukon

    Installed a new transfer case encoder motor. The vehicle is presently stuck in Neutral. MaxiDAS supports the required Automatic Transfer Case Relearn function when selecting a 2008 model year vehicle... but not when selecting a 2007 model year vehicle. The problem is we are working on a 2007 model year Yukon (5th Vin = K / Engine Code = 0). If we select any other model year and attempt to perform the RELEARN we get an error message saying the selected vehicle is not correct.

    Is there a fix for this? Why doesn't the MaxiDAS DS708 work properly on the 2007 model year GM trucks or SUV's?

     I would think whether you perform a transfer case motor relearn or not( that tailors the clutch application), the Transfercase motor should shift if you do not have a wiring problem short or open some where
