I am unable to update my md802

     I have never been able to connect to the server when trying to update my md802,  What do I have to do so that I don't get the unable to connect error message? I saw in another post that I need to use a special IP address. I do not know how to do this.

    Hi, please make sure your internet is fine or try a different place to download software. Also, please make sure that 198.252.73.11（port: 8000) wasn't blocked by your firewall / router.
