Hi, this car should be supported by MD802. Can you please advise the Chassis number of this car and if the tool cannot communicate with all systems control units or only some control unit? Thanks!

 I have the same problem with my MD802 and 1997 E320, the tool will not communicate with any of the mods, I bought a 38 pin adapter and I get the same response. It can't recognize the vehicle, it tells me the chassis number does not match the vehicle.  The chassis number is 210.055 and there is no selection on the MD802 for my chassis number. 

Hi, kindly be noted that MD802 cannot support Benz chassis number 210.055 car models. Besides this car is a little old and there is no plan to add it. Sorry! 

 Ok, the ODBII will scan for codes at least.  I sure thank you for your quick reply to my question I wonder why they didn't support all chassis numbers?   DAGWOOD
