Please make sure you installed the latest version V2.31 from our website: http://www.autel.com/autelcms/TPMS%20Diagnostic%20&%20Service%20Tool/533.jhtml

And also you need to select the vehicle from NA (North America) region under the Car Brand menu. Then select the model and year from the menu list.

I have pick the vehicle from "US"; the following document suggests that the Acura TLX uses the 315mhz http://www.auteltech.com/autelcms/u/cms/www/201511/160158542lbm.pdf   but when I load the software, it's asking to the 433mhz so which one is correct?

https://www.dropbox.com/s/57psgjzo4r1wk62/Acura_TLX.jpg?dl=0   see screen shot from the software.  Which is correct?

For another car (2009 Toyota Venza)
there a way to create a new sensor ID for a sensor.  I've cloned a sensor and through I had take the clone from another tire but later found out that the second clone didn't work so I have cloned two wheels with the same sensor id.  How do I go about fixing this?

Hello, for the Acura, there is something wrong in TPMS Pad. We will correct it soon in the coming new version V2.32 within this week. Thanks for the feedback.

As for the Toyota issue, I have sent your email.
