1) When you say eu908 do you mean MaxisysPro908P.............?
2) What Software Version are you using for Vag and Honda at the moment...............?
3) Can you please post the screen print of the massage you getting or email it to Support Team -

I can take a picture of the message later, but it tells me to verify the connection to the car, check obd2 cable and check igniton on the car...........................

Hi, Mot Pro should support Skoda Octavia 2011 and Honda CRV 2007. You may check if have problem on other cars. If yes then there may be problem with the main cable. Please change another main cable to check the result. Thanks! -

you mean the cable between the reader and obd2 contact ?
have also tried against my hyundai h1 2006 model, the reader get contact there!..
this is a brand new reader... got it yesterday.....
Tested a cheap vgate scanner, and that read codes on my skoda.... ! -

Hi, have you updated the software? If yes, then you may uninstall the software and download them again to check the result. Not sure if the software has been downloaded completely and successfully. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com with detailed route and functions you processed and which system cannot be connected. Also please let us know the error message if there is any. Thanks! -

had the problem before i updated, and same problem after update..
Tested on a audi a4 today, and that was sucess....
but on my Honda crv and Skoda octavia no conection :(
