error decoding VIN.
how to diagnose this car?

Look under Sprinter. If you hit the little arrow on right lower corner of the car make, it will have what it supports.

Can you please explain us why is Vito Van not been supported by MaxisysPro yet.................?

They are very common vans here in Europe

Hi Ashraf, it is cannot be supported because the protocol is quite old. Many Chassis 638 vehicles cannot be supported either. We'll rush the development. Thanks!

This is a vehicles that there is a lot of them in EUROPE.

Please improve the software to this cars and old Sprinters to.

Our competition with others tools can do it so we have to do it to.
