AL519 can't connect with my Sentra 2005

I have a Latino American version of Sentra (I'm panamanian), with 1.8 motor (with less electronic than USA version) and can't communicate with the car. The scanner power up with no problem, but never communicate (ignition off, ignition on, motor running, etc). Today I update the scanner with latest files (program and dct's), but nothing happened. I try with another car (Toyota Yaris 2010) and communicate successfully and read all information that is supported for this scanner-car combination. -

I am sorry, if this vehicle can't get communication, I am afraid this car has special protocol, AL519 can't support it at present. -

Today, I could not do anything? use any adapter or something similar?
