     I have to test a brand new Mitsubishi Pajero 4: LRV93W and my Maxisys Pro cannot recognize the VIN either automatically or manually. Can you please help? Thanks. Thierry

    Hi, please try again the manual selection and select the Region and Car model based on the information on the vehicle nameplate. If it still cannot connect with Maxisys Pro then please write to support@autel.com with a picture of the vehicle nameplate for us to check further. Thanks!
