I think you are wrong. You should search in you-tube the several options that you have in coding and programming.

But remember, every tool has it's failure. I don't know any multi-brands tools that can do all the stuff.

Pedro you are correct but there is a flip side... some of the programming functions do not work correctly but for the price it kinda works ok.

I'm using this tool about every day and multiple times a day. It helps me configuring cars, programming things, coding stuff, diagnosing using active tests (bidirectional control), live data, etc.

Everybody is entitled to his own opinion but it simply is NOT a simple code reader, how good it works for you, depends on what you do, what your own knowledge of car mechanics is and , honesty demands it, the possibilities and impossibilities (and even complete failures causing problems) of the tool.

I think a lot of it is tech support will give you the run around instead of just telling you how to do something,if you ask a question on this page they will tell you one thing and if you call tech support they will tell you another. Its just agrivating

there are two reasons for that 1 they dont know the answer and 2 the software that fails to work has not been tested on a real live car only simulated..

On the part of support I do agree this has to improve greatly.

At times you get responses on log files that make me feel like I am some dumbass who does not know what a car can and cannot do (this car does not support service reset... really, I am sure my other tools can do it... just for instance). Other times they do consider and admit errors. Just noticed my complained about key programming for astra g and some other things have been corrected in late updates (unfortunately I cannot use them myself since my updates have expired and more improvements are needed before I take a new sub)
