Autel AU already contacted us to upgrade your AL619 to AU version, and it's in AU version now. -

I had this problem when I bought a Brand New AL619. It was shipped as AL619 EU but it was then upgraded. Currently my MD802 All Systems is "not AU" how long does it take to upgrade? I contacted my Autel dealer a week ago.... -

Also why aren't units that are sold IN AUSTRALIA automatically approved to download the AU Holden and AU Ford software??? -

I am in Australia also and just bought a MD802 - I can't see any Australian Holdens or Fords either.How do we get these updates? -

The dealer you bought the tool from might not authorized Australian agent. It's recommended to buy from local dealer. -

Hi Autel support, I'm also looking for the Australian Holden / Ford updates for my AL619. Is there somewhere to download these? Why not just include them with all the other files? Would be easier!
