Can support tell me why software for md802 all system unit does not support most vehicles upto at least 2015, for a professional piece of hardware i dont think the software is very good,so support when is software most likley to get updates to at least 2015? example vauxhall is only supported to 2012, this is very poor for professional equipment when we are now in 2016.

some of the vehicle software is faulty but unless you pay for the updates they cannot be rectified, faulty software should be free to update.

I have faulty software for Renault after an update but now my subscription has expired so unless I pay for the next 12 months of updates its useless. THIS SOFTWARE FAULT CORRECTION SHOULD BE FREE.
