I have a similar problem, when I go to data log section of tablet there is no information to send. I can perform an auto scan that yields only codes, scanning individual modules yields the message scanner not communicating. I have used the wire less and wired connection to attempt to get access.

Since there are several of us with the same or similar problem perhaps telling us how to data log this would be very helpful in getting the problem solved by Autel. My tablet states there is nothing to data log when I access the data logging section of the tablet. It appears this problem has existed for over one year.
