You can't . You use the Pro's VCI off a windows laptop with  a paid subscription off GM's web site with a downloaded program and files from GM's website. You can still do some basic  coding, and adaptations with MaxiSys without a OE subscription.

 what are you using to keep the battery voltage at the correct level? just curious, have you programed gm vehicles
