it can only enable and disable a key slot for a few models, meaning if you lost one of your keys you can disable it so whoever finds it can't steal your car, and enable it back in case you find it. you can not add a new key.

 there are other tools out there specifically for this kind of  job like abrites,vvdi etc, not cheap. maybe in the future autel can develop this function.
