Unable to connect to OBD2

I have tried this AL619 on 3 Toyota's, Vitz, Yaris & Auris and all return with this message after scanning for a good prtocol to connect with.
In the System Staus Screen it says; The Selected Mode is not Supported????file: IMG_0075.JPGTags: Connection , Protocol , Problem

What year are this vehicles.............? Also if they are Ex Japan or, from Dubai vehicles than they might not be OBD2 system..........
