When did you last update your tool................? if you still have a valid subscription than try updating the BMW software as there is a new updates which covers F10 Model............ -

Hello Sir, please uninstall BMW V9.32 and download BMW software again. It will be BMW V9.30. After the update please try again the programming. Kindly be noted that a special cable will be needed for programming on BMW F series cars. Thanks! -

Hi, there is no key programming function for BMW and Benz. There is only disable and enable keys. You can have a try. Thanks!
