I just got my MaxicheckPro and the unit can not establish communication with the ECU. Please advise. Regards

Hi, do you mean that it cannot communicate with one car or all cars?If it cannot connect with all cars then please check if there is problem with the main cable or connection. Please change another main cable to check the result if possible.If it cannot communicate with one car, then please advise more details about the problem, including car model, year, VIN code, engine type and the function you were trying to process. Device failed to communicate with couple of cars. Actually it is brand new and I decided to send it back to the seller for repair.Vehicles I tried to read:Fiat Doblo diesel 1.3 multijet, typ 223 year 2007Renault Scenic diesel 1.9 dTi diesel, typ JA year 2001Is the main cable issue common problem with this device even if is brand new? I noticed that many people complain regarding the same issue.Regards, -
