I just purchased a DS708 registered and completed all the updates
how do I access quick learn I am just overhauled a 05 durango with 545RFE

my old shop had a snap on solus and the quick learn comes ight up in the menu

Quick Learn, do you mean the full scan for all systems? You need to select a vehicle and enter the vehicle information, then you will see Auto-scan, you can have a overall scan to check the status of all systems.

Thanks for your response but
after a transmission overhaul some transmissions ( in this case a Dodge Durango with a 545RFE)
require what is referred to as a Quick learn so the TCM learns the CVI index of the new transmission.

I can seem to find that function on the DS708. if this scanner is no capable I am going to have sell this scanner and purchase one that does :(

My ancient MT2500 can do a transmission quick learn on an 03 Chrysler Town and Country, see if it is listed under Work Support or Special Functions

I can not find the function any where! spoke to support friday they asked me to email them haven't heard back
if this scanner can not preform a quick learn on a Chrysler I am getting rid of it

The quick learn is under TCM system, the path is 05-HB-TCM.

thank you I have been in the TCM system for that vehicle and I do not see an option.
I am able to find quick learn for a different chrysler vehicles
is there a way to type that path in

looks like this scanner will be on Ebay very soon and I will be buying a Snap on
very disappointed.
sorry but this is an 11 year old vehicle and very common.

does MS 906 perform a quick learn on a Chrysler RFE transmission?
or should I buy a 20 year old snap on Brick?
