     Hi, first please update Chrysler software to V7.00. After that please try the menu Up to 2003 to see if can communicate. If it can connect to the car but cannot enter ABS or BCM system then please try the CCD adapter. If the tool cannot connect to the car at all, there should be connection problem. Please check the main cable and wiring. Thanks!
