    MaxiSys will not program the replacment keys on the Ford Focus 2009 pats system. I followd the screen but did not work.

     you have to got to oem1stop.com and sign up and purchase a subscribtion through ford to program pats keys the subscribtion runs 84.99 for 30days it gives you functions to program modules and pats system

                    Don't know which Maxisys you own and haven't done new keys with my MS905 yet but worse case scenario any J-box with www.motorcraft service allows Pats up to I think 2013. Short term subscription is $33.00 two days.
