     Hi 

    I want to update the ms509 software but unfortunately the cd got broken . Is there somewhere i can download maxilink from for MAC?

    I cant log on as my produt is not in the dropdown list anymore

    Hi, kindly be noted that there is no need to register MS509. You can download the Maxilink software via below link. But it is only for windows PC and no software for MAC is available. Thanks!

     Hi I downloaded the update ok and unfortunately it still says "waiting for vehicle to respond" Is this reader capable of all OBD systems . The car is a 2013

    Hi, MS509 was quite old product and it has been discontinued for long time (at least from 2013) so it may not support cars of year 2013. Thanks!

       Max Link needs to be installed on a windows  PC and proper scan tool ID found and selected from the Max Link program (if MS 509 even exists on the newer MAX LInk2 )menu before you can attach your MS509 to it and expect scan tool to  read differently.By default when tool powers up, it's looking to communicate with a vehicle, Scan Tool  will only install update going through the Max Link Program.
