I can not get v6.34 of the update software to recognize my id and password.

I have tried changing the password, and shutting down anti virus and fire wall. Nothing has let me log-in. I know I have to use the email and password used to register at Autel. I have reinstalled the suit. But no success. I downloaded the newest version from Autel. -
