Best thing is if you could post your fault code here so, we can be sure what is your problem.............As when you say Bank 2 Fault it could be the Bank 2 Lambda Heater Circuit Fault or, it could be Bank 2 Lambda Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Fault..............So, best is post all your fault codes here..............

 Plugged ports in head? seen many plugged up. Car burn oil? There are kits out there to do valve seals in car and a pick too; tool to clean ports.
