hello i purchased the autel md 802 and upgraded the memory card to 16 gb  but after installing all the updates i cannot save scans on to this memory card when i press the play button it hangs and the laptop does not respond . but when i use the oem card supplied with the equipment it is able to save the vehicle scans and print to may laptop . i have formatted the card atleast twice and copied back the folders but the problem is still not yet solved ,what should i do????
