Hello, I have Autel Model MD802 SN: MD8314007077. The tool reads the vehicle program is not authorized, please obtain the authorazation. The sd card has the loaded info on it and it does not appear to be the issue. Can you please advise?

Hello, I have Autel Model MD802 SN: MD8314007077. The tool reads the vehicle program is not authorized, please obtain the authorization. The SD card contains all of my information following the last update, however the screen is locked on "please obtain the authorization" with no other functions to navigate to. Thanks -

Hi, the device is registered under ID chris_bukowski@hotmail.com and language authorized for it is English. Please check if you've changed the language of the tool or the software in the SD card was not downloaded correctly for this tool via the registered ID, which caused the authorization problem. Thanks!
