Can some some explain to me what the correct data/procedure is to use the odometer udpate/correction function on a Dacia Duster.
I have tired it on my car and I get a "malformed request" by entering just a new value.
May be because I tired to reduce the mileage by 1 km :-)
There is no help from the Maxissys. So may be the support can explain the requirements for this special function. -

Hi, kindly be noted that odometer/mileage correction function is on allowed on most cars so it cannot be supported by Maxisys. Thanks! -

Why do I see this function in the Dacia/Renault 3.54 software on my MS906 if it is not supported ?
If a dashboard needs to be replaced it is required to set the mileage to what the Injection says.
And that is what I wanted to know. Hence my question.

Hi, actually you can correct the mileage under oil reset function. But you can only increase the mileage to be bigger instead of the same or smaller.If you replace the dashboard and need to set the mileage, then you can go to Instrument Panel - Other Configuration and check the menus to see if can set the mileage. Thanks!
