ford scan take me back to main menu

    hi i try to scan a ford vehicle and it take me back to main menu.

    it search model, year, engine and vin number, but when i try to do  a auto scan o control unit scan in pcm, gem or abs it taje me back to main menu and i have to start again all

     What's your product model and this car VIn No.? Did it happen on other cars or only this car? What's the Ford softwar version?

       only in ford vehicle in all fords, ford sw 9.13 its a maxidas ds708

    Checking from your datalog, it only records untill you enterred Control Unit\GEM/SJB, then no any data afterwards. And also we tested in our side, there will be no such problem. Then it may be Ford software files in your device not completed.

     If you are still in your update period delete FORD, EUFORD and MAZDA, The install version 9.12 for all three of these. Once you do this you should be fixed.
