I just got brand new Maxys pro and was using it and got freeze try to restart it but just shows the sing on the beginning and get freeze untill battery dies , what can I do? I need to use the scanner this sucks

If it is new you have warranty.
So contact the seller and return it to get a working unit.
Lockup on the boot phase indicates a basic issue.
But, ensure you have NO micro SD in the system at boot (normally not an issue but to be sure) and that there is NO USB connection at boot time. -
