hi there , i cant complete updates , i don't know why the program be closed automatic

     when i doing upgrades its not fully downloaded or installed but program be closed automatic, also when we connect to a car while we working the app be closed

     Try attaching ac power adapter to see if the concern might be the internal battery signing out

    Hi, can you please advise the System Program version (Version number under About menu) and Operating System version (MaxiUI version under System Settings - About tablet menu) of this tool and send the information to support@autel.com for quick check? Thanks!
