     Hello support.

    I've got a VAG Scan Tool 505.
    I would like to change the language in French.
    Would you give me the authorization to change language.
    The serial number is: MSV516000253

    Hi, the device has been authorized to French already. Please format the SD card and download all update again to check the result. Thanks!
