I'm aware there's a few mentions already on here. However this is for Autel Support. I'm looking for some kind of time window here. As i just bought a Maxisys Mini, spent plenty of money on it before looking here to see that their claims that the tool preforms immo functions, was a lie. This was a primary point in selecting which scan tool i would buy. Otherwise i use the tool in a busy collision shop for all kinds of things. Autel, you really need to put out this update to read SKC pins, or at least correct your information on vehicle coverage to reflect the fact that you cannot do anything immobilizer related to the appropriate vehicles on your list. i bought this tool based on that lie. and now i'm pissed. -

When you say 3 and 3.5 what do you mean by 3.5............? All I know is immo 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 but, never hard of 3.5 -

hahaha, i see what you did there, spelling, it really does matter.but yet, i'm a bit confused what support means by 3.5 immo. i'm thinking they're confusing it with coverage for a cabrio 3.5? that's about all i can think of there. i did order one of those Chinese "super vag" things off of ebay that supposedly read the pin. i have 2 mk4's i need to read pins on, both immo2, I'll post here if it works or not to help out anyone else that reads this. -

for reading mk4 golfs just bur vag comannder 1.4 or 2.5 for less than $20 will do all you want and more
