Just wanted to give good feedback  about the guys in the UK call centre. They do their best to help with whatever question I have for them and when I had to change the electronic power steering rack ( which they helped me diagnose) they were on hand to help me carry out the basic settings and adaptations, talking me through the block numbers. It was invaluable help. Well done.
