2015 land rover discovery doesn't go faster than 60 km/h - the car works 150 km only!!
there is no fault , the speed limiter is not active!!! ( it can be set on&off) or seems it work.
the car go so good from 0 to 60 km/h but when it reach to 60  it doesn't go even 1 km/h faster !!!!!!

What is the story about this car was any repair work or, any service done.............? and also I understand this vehicle being 2015 model it should still be under warranty so, why don't you just take it to dealers..............

this car is new and work only 100 kilometers , there is no direct dealers in this area. this car imported personal to my country by ship and now the owner understand it doesn't go faster than 60 km/h

It is possible that the car was not set up for delivery before shipment.

I know that some makers have a "transport lock" activated to protect cars from get stolen on the transport.
A lock in speed looks like a good way to protect the car, but I have no documents about Landrover.

    Just an idea.

In that case you can login to your BCM and look for a Transport Mode Option and try changing the settings and see if tha helps.........

Read the owners manual. There may be a Valet mode,  Valet key,  or  even a speed  limiting break-in mode for the first X number of kilometers the vehicle gets driven. Could simply be low fuel level/delivery of old stale fuel in tank.
