    I noticed a jerking noise and loss of power when speeding 0 to 60 miles in my 2008 Nissan Altima, autel maxisys pro says code P0725 - ENGINE SPEED SENSOR under transmission folder.

    I searched online and found that it is related to crankshaft sensor so I replaced crankshaft and camshaft sensor but still same problem.

    Anyone knows where is this sensor located in the transmission and how to fix it ??

      There is a secondary speed sensor on the transmission.  http://tinyurl.com/zahwmcs

    I have Altima 2010 2.5; every time I try to diagnose ABS I get U1002 and consequently TCM throughs P0725. After clearing both codes, P0725 will not return until I do an ABS diagnosis. I think it's the scanner fault.

     

    By the way I'm using Autel MD802.
