May we know what do you want to do? Printing or updating? MD802 can't be recognized as USB driver, if you want to update it, you need to load the SD card to your PC via card reader.

If you want to print, please go to Device Manager to update the following driver again.

After updated the driver, please open Autel Printer app, and then connect your MD802 to your PC, go to Playback, get into it. It will be connected.
