     Hello,
    I've a MS908P and was wondering if it'll be able to program a new key on a 2003 Honda Accord 2.4L, which has a factory immobilizer and a new cut key by ebay dealer?

     Yes Maxisys  support Honda Key programming.

     As long as you have a right transponder chip in that new key yes it will program.............Use add key option and follow screen
