    Does a rear sam module need to be programmed on an 01 MB s430 and if so can it be done withthe maxisys pro?

     don't know on this particular model year but I have seen it on newer vehicles on the 908p and elite. I have not programmed one personally to confirm that it does work though.

     I can confirm to that car, but I can confirm that Maxisys 908 Pro and Elite is doing a lot of Programming and coding in Benz cars.
