BMW digital service history update is not possible with autel scan tool. What do we need to do?

     Late model BMW's no longer come with service log books because all service history gets logged into the system electronically. However Maxidas 708 with latest software does not support this
    function as well as 2000km run-in check reset.
    Need help.

     i think the data is stored in the key.. but it is possible with e-sys
