     Problems:   bluetooth did not work...and flash file download froze during installation

    most models i see say  MS905..and do not know why this one is MY905..bought at Amazon USA..

    PROBLEM 1:..out of the box..bluetooth would not work--- failed to initiate when moving slider...to right

    PROBLEM 2:... tech team dloaded flash file for my unit to reprogram...but the flash file only installed 80% and then
    froze...and erased the existing programs..

    Please advice..on any experience with either issues...most important now is i need the correct flash file to
    reprogram the unit...
